Blow molding machine operator job description

The operation of blow molding machine is directly related to the quality of blow molding products. Good operation process and operation can bring very good results to blow molding production.

The trial production operation of the largest blow molding machine:

1. Open the machine:

A, the opening of the cylinder and the die head part of the cooling water.

B, set the heating temperature of each section and hold it for half an hour before starting.

C, the lubricating grease is added to the transmission part of the equipment.

D, check the retarder oil level window.

E, connect the gas source switch and adjust to the proper pressure.

F, connect the die frozen water.

G, a proper amount of material is added to the hopper.

H, prepare the operating tools for the processing of the products.

I, wear good labor supplies.  

2. Test machine:

Start the oil pump, check the integrity of the machine, press the head of the die and blow the air, check the pipe to be connected, draw the core according to the action, check whether the action is correct.   

Starting the frequency converter according to the main extruding material, setting appropriate data in the plasticizing quantity is to start the stranded material. After the material is finished, the wall thickness is observed according to the ejection button. If the wall thickness is not uniform, the nut is used to make the material normal.  

According to the quality requirements, the wall thickness of the embryo, the length of the ejection, the blow time of the die head, the blowing time of the template, the hydraulic pressure and the mold temperature are adjusted, and the machine is set to normal working condition after the production is normal.
